RENOVATION & ENERGY UPGRADE OF A WHOLE FLOOR APARTMENT IN GLYFADA

Renovation & energy upgrade works in a whole floor apartment in Glyfada, with partial internal thermal insulation of walls with expanded graphite polystyrene, replacement of sliding frames with opening synthetic 5-chamber ones and energy glazing, installation of a selective solar collector with a surface of 2.4 m2 on the flat roof, capacity 160lt with thermal insulation of cast ecological polyurethane of high-density. In the apartment a partial renovation of bathroom and WC, laminate flooring installation, replacement of the front door with an armored one, restoration of coatings and coloring of internal and external walls were carried out.
