TWO STOREY HOUSE IN AGIOS ISIDOROS, PLOMARI - LESVOS

The two-storey house is located at the highest point of an olive grove located on the outskirts of the settlement of Agios Isidoros. Its layout consists of two wings which follow the contour lines of the slope. The main orientation of the house is south with a view at the sea. The whole back of the ground floor is “buried” in the ground. This reduces the volume of the building that protrudes from the ground.

The rooms and the living areas in the two-storey east wing have unobstructed sea view, while all the ancillary areas, corridors, baths and staircase are located in the northern part of the building. The ground floor west wing includes the kitchen, a semi-outdoor dining area and the boiler room - storage room.
