ENERGY UPGRADE AND PARTIAL RENOVATION IN ALEXANDRIAS STREET IN THESSALONIKI

Energy upgrade works with ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), replacement of FRAMES with 5-chambers ones and energy glazing, installation of a selective solar collector with a surface area of 3.0 m2 on the flat roof, capacity 160lt with thermal insulation of cast ecological polyurethane of high density. The apartment was partially renovated, restoration of coatings, sanding and varnishing of wooden floors, electrical retrofitting and wall colorings were carried out.
