ENERGY REPAIR OF MAISONETTE ON SOCRATOUS STREET

Energy upgrade works with ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System), replacement of 5-chamber casings with energy glazing, internal thermal insulation of wooden tiled concrete, thermal insulation of the roof under the terrace with construction of a false ceiling made of plasterboard and its filling with installation of graphite expanded polystyrene, installation of solar collector and connection to an existing oil burner-boiler with automatic DHW (Domestic Hot Water) selection system.
