UNDERGROUND HOLIDAY HOUSE IN AN OLIVE GROVE IN THE SETTLEMENT OF AGIOS ISIDOROS, PLOMARI - LESVOS

The house was designed on the steep slope of an olive grove. It consists of 2 levels. The first level, 150 m², is buried in the ground and its facade faces south and the sea. It includes a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage-boiler room. All rooms have balcony doors that lead to the terrace. The curved pergola along the south façade provides the necessary shading. A staircase leads to the second level, in a room of 44 m². In front of it there is a balcony of 50 m².
