Addition of a floor to A & B buildings of the former TEI of Serres and the current University of Serres Campus of the International Hellenic University (IHU). The floor was added from a reinforced concrete carrier and the roof is covered with metal truss and polyurethane panel. E/M networks, ie heating with oil burner boiler, weak and strong currents, fire detection and fire safety, alarm and security systems.
