Complete Renovation of an Apartment into a "Two-Bedroom" Unit and an Airbnb on 25th March Street

Complete renovation of an existing apartment into a "two-bedroom" and a "studio" for Airbnb. Electricity, water, and HVAC consumption have been fully separated, with each unit having autonomous heating. Internal partitions were reconstructed using Ytong, as well as the floors, plumbing networks, Domestic Hot Water (DHW) systems using solar and gas boiler, gas heating, strong and weak electrical networks according to the study plans. Each apartment has an independent bathroom and kitchen. The apartment’s floors are made from floating pre-varnished oak wood, while tiles were installed in the studio. False ceilings, curtain boxes, and hidden lighting were constructed using plasterboard. The Airbnb studio features a card reader for entry with an energy-saving arrangement and remote control of the entry system via Wi-Fi."
