Multipurpose building, which houses the former TEI of Serres and the current University of Serres Campus of the International Hellenic University (IHU). Two-storey buildings and amphitheater made of reinforced concrete. E/M networks, ie heating with oil burner boiler, weak and strong currents, fire detection and fire safety, alarm and security systems.
