Student Club building that hosts the former TEI of Serres and the current University Campus of Serres of the International Hellenic University (IHU). It is a two-storey building made of reinforced concrete. E/M networks, ie heating with oil burner boiler, weak and strong currents, fire detection and fire safety, alarm and security systems.
