The plot on which the project was carried out is located in the Real Estate Area of the Municipal District of Leventochori of the Municipality of KILKIS, plot 63 and 67. The area of the plot is 38,400 m2. A ground floor Industrial Area with an area of 4,163.94 m2 was constructed, and a Medium Voltage Substation with an area of 45.99 m2 was also constructed next to it. The study envisaged Offices with ground floor, 1st and 2nd Floor of 538.95 m2 area.
