Renovation of residence and business space
The renovation - reconstruction of a residence (apartment or house), the design and construction of a business space (shop, office, cafeteria, restaurant, doctor’s office, pharmacy) but also all the work related to the repair or maintenance of a property is the focus of Northbuild activities.
Indicative renovation works that we undertake:
- Interior arrangements - reconstruction of spaces, layout of rooms
- Reconstruction of bathroom, kitchen
- Repair of building facades, restoration of coatings
- Replacement of floors and casings
- General renovation, reconstruction and restoration of buildings
- Configurations of secretarial spaces and offices using light partitions
We also undertake:
- Adaptation of new materials and techniques for aesthetic improvement and upgrade according to the wishes of the client and the guidance of our designers
- External spaces layout proposals
- Complete renovation of business premises (hotel shops, offices, etc.)
- Studies and reconstructions of weak and strong current networks, hydraulic water supply networks, sewerage, DHW
- Study of insulation (Composite External Thermal Insulation Systems), air conditioning systems, solar panels, energy saving systems)
- Shading systems installation studies
