Studies - Settings
When we say studies we mean the number of studies required to complete a project. These studies are architecture, surrounding area, static, electrical, hydraulic, cooling - heating, passive - energy fire protection and energy.
There are three stages of studies:
1) Preparatory or initial study 2) Final study 3) Implementation study
All of our studies are retouched to be optimal from an aesthetic, functional and economic point of view. The three stages of the studies are completed with the economic-technical study which approaches the optimal degree of cost-performance. The term performance essentially reflects the aesthetic and functional part of the construction.
The study includes:
- Architectural preparatory design, final study and implementation study
- Home design and interior design
- Studies of surrounding space
- Issuance of building permits
- Approval for small-scale works
- Notification of additional works
It also includes:
- Illegal structures regulation - legalization of Law 4495/2017
Certificate of engineer of Law 4495/2017
Building Electronic Identity
Land Registry Statements and Geographical Tracking
Pre-purchase check of legality - suitability of real estate for construction
Surveying for the drafting of architectural plans
